Psychology and Soulfulness
Working as a Clinical Psychologist and therapist with hundreds of clients and mentoring and learning from other therapists over the past twenty plus years I have gained so much inspiration and knowledge which I wanted to find a way to continue sharing after I stopped working as a therapist directly with people. Here you will find a collection of my favourite resources, books, articles and techniques that for me and others have made the biggest impact. I also want to share my experience and views on the emerging field of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
In working with so many people over the years, I am always seeking to connect to “what lifts your heart” as opposed to what weighs it down as one of the clearest indicators of living life in a state of flow rather than struggle. I am drawn to art that evokes a feeling beyond the physical world and hopefully I will be able to convey this in my own creative work.

My background
Creating healing and beautiful spaces is something I am very passionate about from a psychological perspective. Towards the end of 2021 life was a hybrid of some art study/practice and my clinical work but from the end of November I finished my clinical work to focus on developing my art practice full time.

Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy
A whole new (well really not so new!) frontier with enormous potential for the mental health field. This is an area that I have learned about following a personal situation that lead me to gain insight into this important and emerging field.
