Abstract Acrylic, Oil and Charcoal on Canvas Framed in Australian Hardwood Timber Floating Frame

Inspired by growing up in Northern Rivers, this semi abstract work was created following a stay in a cute little hilltop cottage in Byron with a stunning Gymea lily at the front of the cottage and swathes of soft yellow cream grevillea flowers at the back (there was also some very cute alpacas!). It has a theme of integration of the masculine and feminine energies. The charcoal detail alludes to a story or unfolding in progress - some elements still to be created. This artwork is from my personal collection and was hanging in my therapy room.

I love to discover and create art that resonates and draws the viewer in, finding an emotion or resonance that they can relate to on a deeper level. I primarily paint in beautiful rich oil paint, often on an abstract acrylic beginning. Home gallery visits welcome by appointment. At the moment I am transitioning from my home studio located at Cedar Creek on Brisbane’s northside to establishing a new studio in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. I share most updates regularly on my Instagram Art.Nature.Light

Shipping cost included within Australia or pick up available from Cedar Creek near Samford. Complimentary Chakra series art large post cards set included with every painting.
